Sorry to say but it didn't work that well for me at all. This solution breaks down the resin etc inside the glass but doesn't remove it as such. I have used Resolution Gel which had far better results as that cleaned the glass in one go. Unfortunately I wouldn't buy this again.

Product Description
Made from processed coconut and kale extract you will be amazed at Dark Crystals ability to clean your dirty glassware of resin or condensed oil. It works just as well as harsh chemical cleaners and can even be reused over and over!
Available in 3 sizes:

For the Cleaner to work you must First heat up the solution in the microwave or fill the waterpipe up and heat the outside to heat up solution and then leave your glass to soak. Use a pipe cleaner or brush to get into those hard to reach places and then rinse with hot water! Youy can then filter out the gunk with a strainer and put it back in the bottle, ready for use again!
