The Shiva Bill is a proved and tested method of vaporization that gives the user full control of the herbs inside. As well as being an awesome vaporizing tool the Shiva Bill can also be used as a regular pipe.
To use the Shiva Bill as a vaporizer, remove the gauze and fill the chamber bowl with ground herb. Apply heat to the bottom of the bowl and shake as the heat is being applied. Once you can see vapour being created you can begin to inhale. Don't apply too much heat as the herbs will burn.
To use it as a pipe, put your herb on top of the gauze and burn as you would any other pipe.
